• Install configure and support network and firewall infrastructure globally.
• Develop requirements for firewall rule implementation including App ID source and destination IPs Ports and Transport Protocol.
• Works with other IT teams of network engineers in performing vulnerability and fault analysis on enterprise perimeter devices and developing and implementing system remediation and recovery plans.
• Global enterprise network security solutions and architecture.
• Global enterprise network security design standards and documents.
• Identifying root cause of incidents and making appropriate recommendation to avoid future failure.
• Being proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality.
• Strictly following Move to Production process including checking that tools and documentation are up to date.

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (8+ years).
• Relevant certification is required.
• Expert level Firewall experience (Palo Alto preferred)
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of NGFW and FWaaS.
• Experience with general IT concepts beyond their primary discipline
• Advance knowledge routing and switching.
• Good knowledge of general data center technology.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience technically leading teams
• Understanding of ITSM
