Network Engineer

GCyber is seeking a Network Engineer, to support a high profile DISA customer. As the Network Engineer, you will deliver end-to-end network solutions with cutting-edge designs, seamless implementation, and expert support to ensure, innovative, and high-performing communication systems.
As the Network Engineer, you will:
 

• Designs, builds, and configures communication networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitors, maintains, and upgrades networks using industry-leading technologies to ensure integrity, compliance, and recovery capabilities.
• Analyzes customer requirements to deliver innovative technical solutions, implementing enhancements and improvements.
• Evaluates and integrates new communication technologies to enhance network capabilities and functionality.
• Provides leadership and guidance to less-experienced personnel while managing hardware, software, and subcontractor services.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
 

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or work experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of experience in Network Administration
• IAT Level II certification
• One of the following Networking Certifications:
  
  • Brocade
  • Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
  • Juniper (JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP)
  • Aruba
