Network Engineer - Remote US

We are currently seeking a Network Engineer - Remote US to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
** Please NOTE prior to applying: This is a remote position, and is asked to support the following schedule: This position would align to the 2nd shift schedule, 3pm to 12am CST (Midnight) from Sundays through Thursdays each week. There is also a potential for a 4x10 schedule, including Sunday.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Monitor Incident ticket queue for incoming Incident (INC) tickets
- Assign self to Incident tickets, troubleshoot, correlate to known work (CHGs), and resolve, escalating where appropriate
- Complete Incident Task tickets (INCTASK) as assigned by the Network Operations Manager
- Create Change tickets (CHG) to address configuration changes when needed to fix an issue
- Complete Change Tickets (CHG) during maintenance windows as assigned
- Answer incoming calls on the NOC hotline (3030) and assist customers, escalating where necessary
- Completion of shift turnover report, highlighting any items that need to be handed off to the next shift
- Upon completion of training and acclimation to the environment, participate in a week-long on-call rotation
- Follow-up on any existing tickets assigned to other team members to ensure tickets are being continuously worked
- Monitor the team email queue for any messages requiring immediate action and taking the appropriate action
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years Network Engineering experience specifically supporting a large enterprise environment
- Must have Firewall Experience (with Cisco and/or Palo Alto being highly preferred, but firewall is a must)

- Cisco Routing and Switching experience included

- Must have Load Balancer experience
- Experience with network captures, packet decodes, and experience drawing conclusion from the data to present to client
Highly Preferred Skills:
- AWS Networking/Azure Networking ideal for this position
- Cisco Network Associate level experience and beyond
- Cisco Wireless Experience
- Experience scripting with Python, Perl, VBA, RegX or similar to all mentioned
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolution of network issues
- Must have displayed leadership and team centric skills
- Demonstrated excellence in communicating, in both written and verbal formats
- Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, absorb large amounts of information in short periods of time and multi-task effectively
- Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
For Colorado Candidates:
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $78k -$115k. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
