We are looking for Network Growth Business Analyst I to innovate, win, and grow with us!

As a member of Paymode-X you will be responsible for performing complex data analysis as well as timely and accurate reporting.  The individual must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time. More than 50% of this person’s time will be spent on technical reporting.

How you’ll contribute:

• Perform statistical analysis and have the ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data to external and internal stakeholders
• Partnering with Paymode-X Business Solutions teams to support reporting needs, including ad hoc analysis
• Support efforts that are conducive to growth of the network and driving revenue for Paymode-X
• Prepare various reporting metrics including, but not limited to, campaign stats, customer program stats, enrollment reporting metrics, realization rates, forecasting metrics, among other general reports
• Driving efficiencies and consistency across internal reporting
• Ability to effectively communicate and interaction with executive team, as needed
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

What will make you successful:

• Experience with reporting and data analysis
• Advanced in excel and other data systems
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and independently manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong team player who is a self-starter and highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative
• Experience with tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx. SQL
• Exceptional attention to detail
• College degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field
