Network IT Specialist

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Networking Specialist with over 10 years in the networking field particularly in financial and banking industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing implementing and maintaining complex network infrastructures particularly using Cisco F5 Fortinet and related technologies. Additionally this role requires experience in building data center networks with SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) architectures. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients are essential.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design implement and manage high-performance secure network infrastructures especially in data center environments.
• Develop and maintain SDN solutions and Cisco ACI architectures for data center environments.
• Ensure network scalability security and resilience across the organization.

• Configure and manage network devices including routers switches firewalls and load balancers from vendors such as Cisco F5 and Fortinet.
• Perform network upgrades patches and troubleshooting as required to ensure seamless network operations.

• Analyze and optimize network performance monitoring traffic latency and potential bottlenecks.
• Implement best practices in network security including firewall configuration intrusion prevention and disaster recovery planning.

• Collaborate with IT teams vendors and stakeholders to align network strategies with organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams providing technical guidance and support.
• Lead and contribute to network-related projects from planning through execution and review.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in network design and implementation preferably within the financial or banking industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Cisco ACI and SDN architectures for data centers.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is required.
• Additional certifications in F5 Fortinet or other network technologies are a plus
