Role Summary
We’re looking for an outgoing, organized, and mission-driven individual to manage all relationship initiatives for our Defense Tech team, including stakeholders across government, the aerospace and defense industry, and academia who are the forefront of national security and defense related matters. We believe that effectively backing early-stage Defense Tech entrepreneurs requires a deep understanding of emerging technology, defense policy, and capability needs of the military and intelligence end-users through thoughtful and compliant engagements. This requires a dedicated leader who understands defense acquisitions, knows the Defense Tech ecosystem, and can build deep, compliant relationships with permissible and relevant stakeholders.

The annual base salary for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
