Network Management Associate

Our greater Health Plan Services team and our Network Management Associate are driving forces as we continue to serve our current markets and expand into new territories. With the intention of delivering excellent clinical care, the Network Management Associate builds and supports our partnerships with those within our Provider Network.

Essential Job Duties:

· Initiate and maintain effective channels of communication with our high-quality network of aligned providers through ownership of implementation and provider relations functions

· Establish and maintain relationships with our high-quality network of aligned providers through office visits, virtual visits (e.g., Teams), telephone calls, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service

· Proactively and collaboratively assess how to further serve our partners and measure provider satisfaction

· Guide partners from initial provider training/onboarding of plan policies, procedures, and available technology (e.g., Provider Portal), through ongoing engagement and relationship optimization

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; may substitute four (4) years of experience in lieu of education

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in provider network development and/or provider network management capacity, account management, or provider relations experience in a managed care organization

· Demonstrated aptitude of going above and beyond in providing service to our network partners

· Willingness to travel onsite to assigned region on a regular basis to build trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders (within the greater Pasadena, North Hollywood and Rosemead territories)

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $69,000- $80,000 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
