Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in network operations.
- Experience managing network engineers.
- Experience in layer 2 and layer 3 networks.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience leading a team of network engineers and driving improvements in key performance indicators.
- 10 years of experience in supporting large enterprise networks.
- Experience in mission critical, networks.
- Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Wireless 6e.
- Knowledge of network operations best practices, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and Wireless 6e.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and identify problems and issues across organizations and create programs and processes to solve them.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$306,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage the Operations of the Technical Program Management organization.
- Lead the Next generation enterprise network program representing all of Operations.
- Manage and lead the Global Business Organization (GBO) development organization.
- Lead the Operations strategy portfolio of programs in Google Enterprise Networks.
- Lead the business function for the Operations organization.
