Position Summary

This individual is responsible for partnering with both the Global Fulfillment & Logistics and Customer Excellence organizations to prepare, analyze and deliver actionable insights and to enable data driven decision making. This position on our Operational Intelligence & Network Planning team will be key in delivering value by delivering world class analytics to support the development and execution of operational metrics. This may include partnering with IT resources to develop data pipelines and drive data integrity. The successful individual will require a broad technical tool kit, possess critical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to communicate complex ideas across various levels and areas of the business.    

Responsibilities 

  • Support Global Fulfillment & Logistics and Customer Excellence through the creation and communication of KPIs and metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives and outcomes
  • Use SQL to build scalable solutions for efficiency and automation
  • Leverage  data visualization tools to convey actionable insights and storytelling with data; tableau preferred
  • Support leadership with time-critical tactical data analyses
  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve overall cost structure and customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy in and trust within our complex network

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 year degree, Masters preferred with a focus in business analytics, data science, supply chain management or equivalent experience in these areas.
  • SQL proficiency with a high business acumen
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or data science

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with python/R and in-depth knowledge of database technologies   
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts in simple to understand synopses

The following represents FBN's reasonable estimate of the US national average base salary range for this role based on market data and placement of internal employees: $85,000-$105,000. This salary range may vary based on geography and the higher cost of labor in some metropolitan areas.
