• Cloud based video system's knowledge;• Experience with maintenance, troubleshoot and deploy of Cisco video Codecs;• Experience with VoIP protocols (H323/ SIP);• Experience with Webex Call Control Hub;• Network experience (DHCP, TCP/IP);• Ability to work with field technicians and end users (associates);
- Cisco certification will be a differential.
