New Account Analyst I
Job Description
- Review customer account onboarding documentation to ensure Deposit Operations and BSA/AML/KYC procedures are met.
- Manage effective communication to branch staff to obtain accurate information and/or document.
- Review Customer Risk Ratings (CRR) for accuracy and completion.
- Ensure that all proper documentation and approvals are obtained.
- Travel to branches to conduct training where needed.
- Communicate with team member to collaborate on current issues, ideas, solutions for improvement of the Project.
- Upload completed package for branch or BSA review and follow up any corrective action requested.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
- Minimum Job Experience: 2 - 4 years (Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements: Yes)
- Language requirements: English: Written: Intermediate Verbal: Intermediate
Korean: Written: Intermediate Verbal: Intermediate
- Computer/software skills: Microsoft Outlook: Intermediate
- Microsoft Word: Intermediate
- Microsoft Excel: Intermediate
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate
- New Account Platform and KYC Onboarding Tool: Advanced
- Required: Possess a working knowledge of AML, KYC, EDD procedures.
- Required: New Account opening experience and required documents per type of business entity.
- Required: Possess strong understanding of account transactions - cash, check, wire, ACH, etc.
- Required: Have strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
- Required: Have strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Required: Have strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills.
- Required: Self-motivated, self-educated, goal-oriented attitude & good team-worker
- Required: Have ability to work independently.
- Required: Proactive, adaptable, open-minded & friendly.
The salary range for this full-time position is $19 Hourly - $22 Hourly + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location
