New Account Representative

New Account Representative | Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

$11 per hour

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional office experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Alpha numeric Data Entry speed of at least 6,500 keystrokes/hour
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Must be reliable with great attendance

• Receives client documents and cross references with system information, identifying any exceptions using available resources and verifying the identity of all new clients. All information received is checked for accuracy
• Identify and escalate priority issues / Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Stay current with policies, procedures, and system information, including changes and updates
• Documents all client account changes in accordance with Company policies
• Performs other duties as assigned
