The Crown Is Yours
We are growing quickly and looking for a VIP New Business Executive to streamline and enhance our onboarding and acquisition of our high-end gaming clientele. When joining us, you'll be part of executing our day-to-day engagement strategy while understanding the true needs of our Players. You'll be a part of a team that sources and prospects top customers, while traveling and attending events and experiences to help foster authentic relationships.
What you'll do as a VIP New Business Executive
- Deliver on a Player experience that will drive high levels of brand advocacy.
- Actively prospect, attract, and develop new VIP Players in your region.
- Ideate, create, and execute DraftKings Player Acquisition regional events.
- Implement the go to market strategy of all new gaming and contribute in the development of VIP acquisition events, promotions and offers.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the business plan to achieve planned revenue and profits.
- Contribute to net revenue, process, and compliance initiatives while executing against all VIP policies and guidelines including responsible gaming policies.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of Sales, Account Management, or Casino experience within the gaming industry
- Experience managing a book of high-value accounts with preferred pre-existing player relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $89,600.00 - $134,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
