"PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: CONSTRUCTION, PHONE SALES ASSOCIATE, CAR SALES ASSOCIATE, and COLLEGIATE SPORTS Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist current and potential customers. • Engage in face-to-face sales interactions with showroom and lot visitors. • Identify and attend to customers’ needs, wants, and budget to match them with the right vehicle. • Provide a world-class experience by exceeding client expectations from first contact through delivery. • Set realistic goals and expectations to help customers make confident and informed decisions. • Stay organized and detail-oriented throughout the sales process, from test drive to delivery paperwork. • Follow up consistently with leads, past customers, and new prospects. • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve personal and store sales goals. What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A self-motivated and ambitious personality with a strong desire to succeed. • Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and some days off, when needed. • Professional appearance and attitude with a strong work ethic. • Must be comfortable with technology and CRM systems. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply. • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus – but not required.
