New Customer Onboarding Specialist

Looking for a service-oriented position on a passionate, collaborative sales team?
Rotunda Software, an industry leader in volunteer scheduling software, is seeking a personable, positive, and self-motivated individual to help churches and nonprofit organizations schedule, connect, and grow their volunteer base.
As a New Customer Onboarding Specialist, you'll work on our close-knit, collaborative team, owning client outreach and onboarding efforts within an assigned US region. In addition to excellent communication and listening skills, this position requires the ability to navigate sophisticated technology to solve clients' problems.
You'll join a talented, dedicated, international team, passionate about doing meaningful work and building extraordinary products that people love. Our two flagship products, Ministry Scheduler Pro and Volunteer Scheduler Pro, are actively used by over 3,500 organizations to schedule over one million volunteers. Rotunda's mission is to help people do good things, and our unique culture is rooted in a set of shared values.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Clearly articulating the features and benefits of Rotunda's products.
- Building long-term relationships with qualified churches and nonprofits.
- Uncovering challenges, providing solutions, and earning clients' business.
- Helping existing clients leverage and expand usage of the software.
- Making systematic outbound cold calls to qualify and attract new clients.
- Utilizing Salesforce to track all work and communication.
- Providing feedback to continually improve clients' experience.
- Beta testing new features.
- Side projects tailored to individual strengths/interests.
