Partner with the best

As a Technology Domain Lead- A subject matter expert in the domain, you will oversee and provide expertise on all aspects of Domain priorities, investment, and projects. The role is also critical to ensure OFSE strategy for the Domain is aligned with goal of Technology innovation and leadership, bringing value to Baker Hughes and to our clients.

In this role, you will be also responsible for:

• Being a subject matter expert in the domain, and overseeing and providing expertise on all aspects of projects related or connected to the domain.
• Ensuring standardization and optimization of use of available resources in OFSE for maximum return to our stakeholders.
• Guiding teams identifying portfolio gaps and define requirements for strategic investments, either to be done using existing resources in segment/ PL's or using external resources.
• Acting as a Product Manager for projects/products development.
• Conducting quarter gate reviews of various projects done in segment/ PL's to verify progress and provide guidance related to future milestones.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant domain
• A minimum of 10 years or relevant experience
• Good knowledge of existing domain global projects and market
