Job Description:

Arrow is excited to offer recent university graduates pursuing a career in sales support the opportunity to join our New Graduate Program as a Sales Operations Specialist on the Arrow Intelligent Solutions team. This accelerated development program will take you from recent graduate to sales professional in one year, providing training and skills development to help you build a successful career at Arrow.

What You'll Be Doing:
This unique program blends on-the-job training with a structured professional development curriculum, allowing you to learn sales support skills as part of a selling organization while participating in a targeted development program that will advance your professional soft skills and business acumen. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Act as the link between sales team and different counterparts and may need to join customer and supplier visits.
  • Research and disseminate information on potential customers, supplier related activities, cost and schedule of designated project with local team.
  • Evaluate opportunities, develop penetration plan and provide direction to Arrow teams.
  • Identify pipeline potential strategic Global OEM customers for incremental business beyond design transfers.
  • Focus on developing 2-3 identified Global OEM customers.
  • Leverage on design transfer and work with suppliers in Asia for incremental business beyond design transfers.
  • Create and drive strategy for the transfer of associated materials and liabilities.
  • Drive and coordinate transfer quoting
  • On-going training for Arrow teams on how to manage global transfer.
  • Develop, coordinate and follow up strategies for smooth transitions.
  • May manage customer quotes activities in line with customer specific strategies, quoting processes, and order management.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Successful completion of a bachelor's degree between December 2021 and December 2023.
  • Business-fluent English (oral & written)
  • Able to build influential relationships, passionate about helping others, curious about technology, and savvy with systems (MS Office Suite)

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$31.73/Hour
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
