New Hire Trainer
Shift: 12 Hour Nights -- 7:00PM - 7:00AM --Thurs/Fri/Sat + every other Wednesday
Wage: $19.70/hour + $3 shift differential

Your seat at the Best Snacks table:

Shearer’s is looking for one outgoing individual that will train all new 12-hour night shift production team members.  These individuals will mainly work in production next to new employees and will be responsible for training on the following policies and procedures:

• Safety
• Quality/GMP’s
• General packaging / line work instructions
• Line worker responsibilities and properly utilizing downtime
• Wipeout instructions
• Washout instructions

Additional Duties:

• Greet new employees
• New Employee presentations
• Time clock and rotation instructions
• Explanation of break policy
• Completing new employee training forms and follow up forms
• Orienting employees to Shearer’s Skills training
• Other duties as assigned
