New Product Launch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Product Launch Manager to join our dynamic team in Seguin, Texas. As the New Product Launch Manager, you will play a key role in successfully introducing new products into the market. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the product launch process, from initial planning to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and manufacturing, to define launch strategies and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive launch plans that outline key activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate product positioning, messaging, and branding strategies to maximize market impact and differentiation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, brochures, and website content.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and product demonstrations to support successful product launches.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new product launches, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a New Product Launch Manager or in a similar role
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive cross-functional teams towards achieving objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including product positioning, branding, and marketing communications.
• Proficient in using project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer visits, industry conferences, and trade shows.
