New Technology Jurisprudence Specialist
Job Description
Review and analyze legal documents related to new technology solutions, data processing, and online media; Monitor and interpret changes in new technology laws and regulations both in Poland and the US; Research legal technology solutions to forecast the utilization of technology attributes for Fandom; Analyze and report on the new technology jurisprudence consequences of planning initiatives; Support the Company’s M&A’s activities; Assist with non-U.S. audits and support the regional teams once audits commence; Support the Company's equity platform, and prepare reports and legal documents regarding Company's equity for Poland and the US; Support contract negotiation with technology and online media partners; Maintenance of contracts tracking database in the US and internationally.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies or a closely related field of concentration, plus one (1) year of experience in a related occupation, which must include:
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents
- Performing legal research, analysis, and writing
- Investigating facts surrounding issues and deals
- Evaluating and interpreting contracts
- Application of copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law concepts
- Maintaining electronic database systems for contracts and other legal documents
Rate of Pay:
$120,750 per year

(Telecommuting is permitted 90% of the time. Employee must reside within a commutable distance of either the San Francisco or Los Angeles offices.)
