How to contribute to our vision:

• We are looking for a Head of Project Procurement Management NEME who will manage a team of Project Procurement Managers and Buyers for “Other” scope (incl. Technical Services, BOP) within the Region to support the New Onshore with a coherent procurement strategy and execution.

Main duties and responsibilities:

As part of the role, you will:

• Manage a team of 5-10 employees
• Define, implement and develop procurement standards, regulations and guidelines
• Contribute to overarching SCM/ Procurement programs and initiatives
• Streamline communication between Execution Projects and Procurement organizations
• Take care for effective risk management measures
• Ensure efficiency of Procurement operations
• Ensure transparency on procurement operations towards Execution Projects
• Be responsible for Purchasing Volume assigned to your team
• Support the Head of Procurement NEME on overall project procurement strategy and design of organization.

As Head of Project Procurement Management NEME, you will be part of the regional procurement leadership team where you will contribute to and collaborate with your peers towards strategic deliveries.

What You Need to Make a Difference:

• You hold a Bacherlors’s degree in Finance / Economics and Management / Business Management Administration
• You have demonstrated experience in one of the following fields: Construction and civil works / Transport, logistics and distribution
• You have a proven track record within Project Procurement and min. 5 years of experience in Procurement roles
• You are result oriented and you are an expert in leading and empowering teams
• You have strong communication skills
• You are an expert in relations and in setting strategies.
• You are fluent in English
