News Production Assistant (PT)

KVAL/KMTR is seeking a part-time Production Assistant. Make your mark in Broadcasting and Digital Media. Responsibilities include:

• Operate studio or audio for our newscasts
• Prep for newscasts including, but not limited to:
  • Studio preparation and Teleprompter Operation
  • Audio Tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience Level:

• Experience is not necessary, but education and/or internship in television or related field will be considered

General Hours:

• Work approx. 20-28 hours per week 4:20am - 12:30pm / Monday - Friday
• Other hours as needed, on occasion
• Must be available to work on Holidays
