Next.js/React Developer

What you’ll do

• Discuss outstanding tasks and milestones with the dev team weekly
• Research, implement and test solutions for your assigned weekly tasks
• Implement streamlined and responsive UIs with Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS
• Write serverless functions and scalable REST APIs

• We work remotely
• We plan weekly tasks and manage them in Todoist
• We use Notion for documentation (notes, research, updates)
• We (internally) communicate via Slack
• When we have meetings we use either Zoom or Slack
• We manage code versioning with Git

• React & Next.js
• Tailwind CSS
• Vercel
• Prisma with Planetscale (DBaaS)

• Experienced in our Tech Stack
• Comfortable with spoken and written English
• Communicate well via text and audio/video
• Have a strong work-ethic, ambition and desire to make something great with your team
• Willing to commit full-time to Labor Sync (no part-time work or commitment to other projects)

• We are 100% remote
• $75K/year starting salary
