NextGen Consulting Manager - Remote

The NextGen Consulting Manager is responsible for the overall consultant education with DAS Health’s Integrated Solutions service delivery; including optimal use of the NextGen product suite, client and project management and their overall educational development with DAS Health. You will act as a “consultant in residence” maintaining close contact with the consultants, to keep abreast of client direction, challenges, and will work to align DAS Health and NextGen solutions with consultants ongoing and evolving needs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Act as a senior advisor to the Senior Vice President of Business Solutions regarding project upgrade requirements, solutions, and consultant development requirements.
• Work with the Consulting Solutions Management Team on all new initiatives and directions.
• Act as senior advisor and contact for issues relating to services we provide.
• Establish regular meetings with assigned consultants with meetings as needed to review future product and service training needs.
• Actively train and educate consultants on NextGen and DAS Health product updates, ancillary modules, and service offerings.
• Actively promote all available DAS Health products and services to develop revenue and profitability.
• Proactively work with consultants on pending releases, announcements, and potential needs.
• Understand assigned client workflow and environment to proactively make recommendations on new products, services, and training needs.
• Remain current on all NextGen initiatives to keep the client informed of any products and services that would enhance their NextGen experience.
• Work with consultants on ROI, product demonstrations, reference development, and benefit analysis.
• Participate in the development and creation of our educational webinar series.
• Manage all consultant vendor certification requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 4+ Years extensive NextGen experience.
• Extensive knowledge of EPM, EHR, ICS and all ancillary modules including future releases and new products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and establish credibility.
• Highly responsive to consultants and clients with superior communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to facilitate assigned clients.
