Job Description
The Customer Care Associate II is responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance. Support borrowers and agent/carriers by providing detailed information on their insurance requirements & needs, provide next step instructions, de-escalate calls, process complaints and handle insurance disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction

Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, agents, and carriers related to property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries & needs

Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines

Navigates & updates system of records and notates system as required

Assists answering questions in the help channels

Receives cross training to assist different client queues

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

1-2 years experience

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
