Summary of Role:
The NH Activation Escalations Coordinator directly supports our New Homes customers and their customer experience. This position is responsible for delivering a great experience to homebuyers and homebuilders to maintain and enhance our strategic position within the New Homes market. This position will collaborate with other key operations managers, such as Utility Coordinators, Account Management Teams, Commissioning Teams, and as well as other Inside Operations leaders to ensure the best customer experience possible.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for post-COE customer experience in New Homes
- Review and follows up on detractors to learn more about, and to resolve, customer experience issues
- Assists in installation and activation defects that prevent a system from functioning as it should, including Notices to Correct, Returned Materials Authorization and Technical Support.
- Coordinates escalations that come from homeowners or builders during the activation process, and address both the immediate issue and root cause, implementing system changes where needed
- Coordinates special-case projects, to include model home activation, Rest-of-Country expansion projects, and technology enhancements
- Undertakes other admin functions as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience leading operations teams in a production environment to hit targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Experience or familiarity with solarÂ
- Experience or familiarity with New Home construction industry and/or Solar
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Excel pivot tables, and lookup functions
