What will help you succeed

• Strong experience with Salesforce development.

• Proficiency in Mulesoft API development.

• Experience with custom API development.

• Knowledge of TIBCO mailbox integration (preferred).

• Ability to design and code Mulesoft integrations from Salesforce to various downstream systems.

• Proven track record as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in integration projects.

• Experience leading development teams and projects.

• Hands-on experience with API design and implementation.

• Prior experience with system integration and data synchronization between Salesforce and other systems.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to operate in a lead capacity and guide team members.
