Night Supervisor

Oranje Commercial Cleaning is looking for energetic individuals who want to bring their passion for cleaning to an environment that fully supports their ability to grow, learn, and succeed. The Janitorial Supervisor provides leadership and direction on special projects and preventative janitorial maintenance issues. Significant and demonstrated successful supervision of a work crew is required to manage the janitors and coordinate the successful implementation of the cleaning schedules with the building Operations Manager. This position requires a high standard of accountability, ability to work in a team environment and to be energized by leading a team, attention to customer service, and a commitment to effective use of resources. Work Location: May Vary Shift: 2nd Shift Custodian, Mon-Fri 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM (Generally) Salary: $40,000-$45,000 Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Restroom Cleaning, Stairs, Elevators, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc.Special Requirements: Must be able to pass background checksMust pass an E-Verify Must be reliable and punctual Must have reliable transportationBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Referral program
