NIKE, Inc. Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace Operations (CPBM) Undergraduate Internship

Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace Operations (CPBM) exists to serve, enable, and lead Nike’s CPBM team to the future. We drive data and digital capabilities, process and continuous improvement, and excellence in business operations. Our team’s vision is to be outstanding and improve the collective potential of CPBM. CPBM works closely with Nike’s Consumer Teams (Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’) and our Functional Teams (Footwear, Apparel, and Design). These are unique operations roles centered around driving future ways of working for our CPBM community.   

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

Our CPBM Operations team is looking for interns to support our Global Sports Apparel and Product Information Management Teams. We are looking for leaders who are passionate about collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve our product creation process. Those most successful in this role are self-starters who have curiosity to learn from others and who can manage multiple priorities. 

Qualifications: 

• Enrolled in an Undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or Spring 2026 

• Background in Business, Operations Information Science or related field preferred  

• 0-2 years work experience 

• Resume submission (PDF) required  

Skills: 

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making skills  

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Demonstrated experience with data management and data analytics 

• Experience investigating, capturing, and maintaining product data in an information management system or complex database 

• Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including VLOOKUPs, pivots, and formulas 

• Proficiency with one or more tools like PowerPoint/Keynote, Outlook, Smartsheets, Miro required 

• Prior product (footwear, apparel, and equipment) experience is beneficial 

• Passionate about Nike brand, products and consumers  

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON 

Interns will have the opportunity to work on our Global Sports Apparel Operations Team OR our Product Information Management Team. 

Our GSA Interns will help to ensure our athletes have world-class uniforms and apparel so they can perform at their best. you will work on projects that support improving the apparel product creation process. This work could include: 

• Supporting the team in understanding possible improvements in ways of working and/or calendar management by developing new calendar tools that assist the team in meeting their deadlines and doing their best work.   

• You may bring clarity and structure to a specific section of the product creation process by ensuring consistency, documentation, and standardization across our team 

Our PIM interns will work on projects pertaining to the building and maintaining of core product information through various systems in the Product Creation engine. Example projects may include: 

• Enhancing Operational Efficiency: By analyzing existing workflows, you would work to identifying opportunities to implement streamlined processes leveraging strategic integration of automation, increasing productivity and speed of execution. 

• Data-Driven Decision: Analyzing and interpreting Nike product data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that can be used to optimize business outcomes.  

• Operational Excellence: support internal key stakeholders and external partners to execute the end-to-end sports apparel creation process.
