Come be a part of the exciting growth at Intel NM as we ramp our latest technologies. We are looking for a Hiring Coordinator to ensure a smooth hiring experience from job requisition creation all the way up to and including the on-boarding of successful candidates. This individual will partner and interface with multiple departments including engineering, management, and staffing. They will own driving the cadence of candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and disposition process and be the primary point of contact for the candidates. Solid project management skills and regular report outs to various levels of the organization will be a part of this role. This is a temporary Intel Contract position with a 1-year assignment. It will be part-time through June 2023 then become a full-time position for the remainder of the contract.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years' experience working in the semiconductor industry, including technical hiring - inclusive of manufacturing technicians to PhD engineering candidates.

BS in a stem related field or BA in a business-related field

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years' experience influencing across multiple business groups.

Advanced knowledge of Workday and staffing systems, Req management tool, SharePoint

Experience with relocation support

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
