We are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our Technical Operation team. The position requires troubleshooting production monitoring alerts and managing 
production infrastructure.
In this position you will:
・Monitor production infrastructure and perform ongoing support and maintenance
・Have overall responsibility for solving Tier-1 Cases under defined SLA's
・Work closely with the company’s Technical account managers and Sales teams
What We’re Looking For:
・At least 1 year of similar position
・Experience with Linux
・Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
・Basic understanding of networks
・Great interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach
・Detail-oriented with the ability to work both individually and within a team
・Business level English (reading and writing)
・Native level of Japanese
・Experience supporting customers in Japanese
・Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts and weekends)
Nice to have:
・Experience with Apache, Tomcat, or Java
・Experience with GCP
・Experience with SQL, BQ
