Who We Are Looking For

CCR is a specialized network operations center that is responsible for day to day operations of large enterprise clients. We are searching for a highly-motivated and dedicated professional who brings a degree of technical aptitude to research issues. This role will be responsible for following up with data centers and broadcasters to document outages and monitor maintenance alerts.

We are accepting multiple NOC Support Specialist roles to work at our onsite NOC in Cedar Rapids, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You need to provide an eagerness to learn, attention to detail and a go-getter attitude to accomplish great things. This is a great opportunity to launch your career into technology!

What You'll Accomplish and Experience

• Follow up with broadcasters and document outages related to OTA and cable
• Follow up with Data Centers and document findings related to RCA outages
• Schedule and monitor maintenance
• Work daily, weekly and monthly audits of various processes to proactively manage performance of services to clients
• Monitor events and communicate to clients
• Triage and dispatch tickets to technicians for resolution
• Answer and respond to phone calls, voicemails, emails and texts as necessary
• Responding to internal and external alerts and requests while engaging with clients and vendors when required

Desirable Previous Experience

• Demonstrated a passion for IT Technology
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent attendance record that is punctual and reliable
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask
• Experience working effectively with a team
• Interest in diagnosing problems and troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Accountable to execute all relevant key performance indicators such as response and resolution timeframes
