Who We Are Looking For:
At ANM, a Non-Cisco Renewals Specialist in our Renewals and Subscriptions Team is responsible for cooperatively collaborating with cross-functional teams, manufacturers, vendors, and customers to promote and develop the renewal practice, with the goal of providing proactive renewal quotes to our clients. Follow up with customers on open quotes at the 60, 30-day mark for status. This position will also process renewal orders in our internal system and aid in any post-sales requests.
What will you be doing as a Non-Cisco Renewals Specialist:
- Create opportunities in Salesforce and maintain all pertinent deal/quote information.
- Preparing and issuing high volumes of renewal quotes to customers with a minimum of 90 days before expiration, following up with AMs and/or customers at the 60, 30-day mark, oversee the contracts until activation while managing customer queries and internal queries.
- Help build a proactive renewal methodology and advise the AMs on best practices.
- Become a facilitator for the sales team to enable them to successfully navigate the end-to-end renewals process while ensuring all processes are being followed and enforcing ANM's policies and procedures.
- Assist internal support teams in developing processes to automatically track, notify, report, and manage renewals with a well-defined follow-up process.
- Provide customer service to cross-functional teams, manufacturers, vendors, and customers by resolving contract issues and streamlining the customer renewal experience.
- Prepare and process orders utilizing internal tools.
- Participate in OEM meetings; strategize on end-user proposals relating to renewals.
- Handle and prioritize multiple "critical" issues.
- Ongoing self-development of skills around service and product knowledge where appropriate and taking part in organized training courses when applicable. Uses skill development and business knowledge to increase the efficiency of the team.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Required education, technical skills, and/or experience:
- 5 + years Experience in a Renewals Specialist position ideally within the IT Industry.
- Familiarity with IT manufacturers like HPE, VMware, Netapp, Dell, Fortinet, and F5.
- Must be a motivated initiative-taker with the ability to manage a high volume of e-mail communications.
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritize opportunities to ensure effective and timely follow-up.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Salesforce and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding SLED sales cycles, contracts, and processes is also a plus.

Travel may be required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and motor vehicle insurance.
