Location: Orem, UT

Shift: Full-Time

Compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr

Position Summary: 

As a Non-Standard Lead at Blue Raven Solar, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic team of problem solvers. You will collaborate with our vendor partners to coordinate reroofs, electrical panel upgrades, and trenching for our solar customers. Your attention to detail and passion for teamwork will ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of this non-standard work. You will balance your time between processing work queues and leading/coaching your teammates. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential as responsibilities may evolve with business needs. 

Essential Duties: 

  • Update homeowners through their non-standard work process 
  • Address any questions and concerns a customer or contractor may have throughout the non-standard process 
  • Review a customer’s account to ensure accuracy 
  • Leave clear & concise notes to maintain acceptable quality 
  • Answer phone calls, emails and texts primarily from customers, contractors and installers in a timely manner 
  • Conduct two sit-alongs per week and update standard processes as needed. 
  • Provide 3-5 quality touches for each coordinator and hold weekly 1:1 meetings to discuss performance and improvement areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
