North America Events Lead
Job Description
As the North America Events Lead at HighRadius, you are the heartbeat of lead generation for our Order-to-Cash business. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of marketing programs, large and small - including our annual conference, Radiance, virtual webinars, trade shows, speaking sessions, executive roundtables, industry groups, and more.

Essential duties of the position:
- From a program management standpoint, you will own the planning, execution and analysis of events, including promotion, speaker identification, event activities, food & beverage, and more.
- Create an entire plan - including social media, digital and email marketing - that will touch every aspect of marketing for each event that you own.
- Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to identify target audiences, create messaging campaigns and target engagement to generate leads and brand awareness at each event.

- Analyze market research to identify persona trends, competitor offerings and demographic data to determine optimal event selection criteria and decision recommendations
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copy
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and vendors through networking and prospecting
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development
- Provide oversight to Event Coordinators for smaller scale events
Desired requirements:
- Experience running large scale events (500+) and/or smaller scale Executive events
- 3-6 years of similar experience (marketing, advertising, public relations)
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience promoting programs through various marketing channels (email, social, paid, etc) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable organization skills with attention for detail
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office and GSuite
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
