WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Finance Manager interested in joining the North America Supply Chain team to support the distribution centers. This role will require an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand cost variances, create reporting, provide financial insight, and be comfortable managing in a matrix with cross-functional business partners. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a sense of urgency, be attentive to details, be able to multi-task, and feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. This individual should be a strategic thinker and can take complex financials and break them down into a simplified story lines connected to investment capabilities. The role requires the ability to be a proficient communicator when interacting with multiple cross functional business partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a North America Finance Manager, Supply Chain you will work on developing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, weekly landing estimates, and reporting costs. You will deliver ad-hoc reporting for distribution centers and other items for the business. You will be leading, guiding, and answer questions for supporting Financial Analysts. You will support various monthly and quarterly transactional needs, communicate and share best practices with NASC Finance teammates and Operations partners.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be a member of the North America Supply Chain Finance team within Memphis and WHQ, which consists of 20+ members. Your key focus will be on Distribution Center Costs, Financial forecasting and budgeting as well as understanding and reporting on operational activities. You will work closely with the Assistant General Manager, Operation Directors, and Finance team members. Key stakeholders for this role include both Global and NASC Finance, Digital, Controlling, Business Planning, DC Operations, Demand Planning, Transportation, Systems, and other DC partners. You will report to NASC Finance Director, Mid-South.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree within Business, Supply Chain, Finance, and or other related area areas; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with Fortune 500 or multi-national consumer products company
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, and TM1 Cognos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Able to explain difficult business concepts and financial impacts in a digestible way to all consumers
- Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, ability to multi-task, and deliver a high level of accuracy
- Self-starter, eager to learn, results oriented, and creative problem solver
