North America Integrated Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The North America Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying, defining, and communicating Allison's value to the markets we serve using the Customer Value Creation Process (CVCP). This individual is a critical contributor to North America Marketing, responsible for developing current and new product segment strategies, value proposition design, Integrated Marketing Plans development, execution, and refinement. This individual will also support the development of materials for the annual North America Portfolio review. Additionally, this individual will develop, organize, and facilitate value-based studies capturing Voice of Customer (VOC). This individual will interpret and leverage the VOC to develop the value strategy, value messaging and value sales tools. The NA Integrated Marketing Manager will work closely with the North America sales organization, global strategic marketing, growth development teams and the product line teams, as well as other members of the global marketing organization to ensure all tasks are completed successfully to support Allison growth.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of this individual will be to create, execute and continually refine Integrated Marketing Plans utilizing the Customer Value Creation Process tools and templates.
- Responsible for developing data driven product life cycle cost and value messaging for the North America.
- Lead studies as required to collect data and intelligence related to life cycle value of Allison products and competitive products.
- Collaborate with Marketing Agency to create value add marketing collateral to support continued growth within Allison.
- Value Sales tool development for North America, keeping global scale in mind.
- Support in development of North American Marketing Plan, including focus markets, market trends, competitive threats, identification of opportunities, strategy, tactics, and measurement methods to gauge success.
- Support New Product positioning by creating the value messaging incorporating VOC. Conduct market research, gather input, develop proposals, and present.
- Be the Marketing representative working with the Allison OEM Account team in new product and services development/launch. Activities to include but not limited to developing the Integrated Marketing Plan, opportunity sizing, launch timing, customer product requirements, OEM and OEM dealer training/presentations.
- Analyze attributes such as a fuel economy, total cost of ownership, productivity, residual value, and intangibles to be collected and compiled to develop data-based life cycle value selling messaging.
- Be the subject matter expert on Total Economic Value calculations. Identify positive and negative value differentiators and quantify the various value attributes to support pricing and value selling.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- 5-7 Years' experience
- Technical sales experience
- Exceptional MS Excel skills
- Experience with data visualization
- Highly productive, detail orientated and able to process multiple tasks at once
- Self-Starter
