Position Summary:

Lead the North American Asset Management and Reliability (AMR) business within Lifecycle Services to grow financial performance and build and develop a world-class delivery organization. The AMR business consists of embedded programs, including Rockwell Automation Asset Management Program (RAAMP), vendor-managed inventory, storeroom programs and projects, reliability services/projects, asset management remote monitoring solutions, integrated/bundled contracts, remanufacture and non-Rockwell Automation repairs.

Description:

As the NA Business Manager for the AMR business, you will provide a high-quality experience for Rockwell Automation customers while driving successful project outcomes. You will also lead, support and develop a very large organization of delivery teams and resources, including six or more managers and their extended teams. This highly visible position drives focused growth in contractual offerings and helps amplify Rockwell's transactional model through innovative and effective processes to increase distributor impact. This candidate will have extensive proven management experience as this role will have 6 -8 direct managerial reports and up to 160 indirect reports.

Leadership and Management:
  • Deliver profitable revenue growth and business forecasting of the Asset Management and Reliability business.
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle Services commercial teams and sales team to qualify, develop solutions and support proposal work, and closing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Lifecycle Services portfolio teams, North America sales, distributors, and other business unit personnel to launch new service offerings successfully within North America.
  • Must exhibit appropriate domain expertise in the asset management and reliability space, including understanding of how the operational systems work. This role serves as an expert level domain expert in our AMR businesses.
  • Provide field support for the custom solution development and proposals execution and deliverables of various product lines and services.
  • Become the primary point of escalation for delivery and in some cases, commercial issues from customers, channel and sales organizations.

Communications and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the business unit in matters of technical and commercial requirements, new services, promotions, and any additional aid required to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to consistently deliver these solutions and services to drive customer value, ease of doing business, metrics and reporting.
  • Partner with extended AMR operations teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Actively participate in Ease of Doing Business (EODB), process improvement initiatives and lean/productivity projects to ensure customer expectations are being met.
  • Partner with Commercial Sales and Marketing teams to support effective marketing communications, publicity, advertising, and promotional literature/sales tools.
  • Provide feedback to the business unit and marketing on local market data such as trends, competitive information, and conditions.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Able to work within the United States without sponsorship. Rockwell Automation will not now or in the future provide sponsorship
