Lilly is looking to add an essential member to the treasury team. Are you ready to make a move to a leading pharmaceutical company and contribute to managing their cash operations? Bring your finance and accounting foundation to our organization and ultimately impact those patients waiting for our help!

Responsibilities in this role:

  • Daily North America (NA) cash forecasting for Parent and other NA affiliates
  • NA daily cash positioning and liquidity management including money-market investments/redemptions, CP settlement and more
  • Coordination and back-office processing of commercial paper, FX, IR swap, CC swap, share repurchase, ICO and third-party debt settlements, cash flow hedges and other Treasury-specific US transactional and related banking activities
  • Business development settlement and related Treasury coordination activities for various deals
  • Lead Treasury M&A integration efforts in collaboration with newly acquired company
  • Corporate tax loan, equity infusion and other transaction strategy and tactical activity
  • North American bank fee management
  • JPM bank portal power user, including related controls, SOX, and audit support
  • Primary point of contact for all North America bank account needs and service/product implementations
  • Quantum systems, master data, and transactional data expertise
  • Strong engagement with Treasury management on parent cash needs

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 3 years of relevant experience

Additional Preferences:

  • Strong worksheet systems skills and experience, especially with MS Excel
  • Strong accounting and financial analytical skills
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally and with broader Treasury team
  • Excellent communicator (written and oral) with our affiliates, shared service centers and external banking partners
  • Experience with banking portals, including JPM Bank
  • Cash management experience
  • Familiarity with certain financial instruments including debt, FX forward derivatives, and Swaps
  • SAP experience, especially General Accounting, P2P and O2C modules
