Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is a 921-bed hospital acute care and surgical facility that has served the Winston-Salem community since 1964. The hospital is home to a 56-bed level IV NICU, maternal-fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies and educational classes for new parents. The facility is a Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology and a NICHE Designated Hospital, and has received NCQA Physician Quality Awards and Magnet Recognition. It also houses a breast center nationally accredited by the American College of Surgeons.

Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center (NHKMC) offers comforting and safe prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care with a team of experts including OB/GYNs, Nurse Midwives, Anesthesiologists, Neonatologists, and lactation consultants. NHKMC has recently been awarded a Grade A Safety designation by the Leapfrog Group and has achieved the prestigious Magnet Recognition for nursing excellence. NHKMC is opening a state-of-the-art birthing center in early 2024, complete with spacious delivery rooms with soaking tubs, prenatal classrooms, and lactation support rooms.
