Weβre seeking an experiencedFinish Carpenterwith expert-level skills incustom cabinet fabrication. Youβll be part of a team crafting and installing luxury cabinetry and millwork for some of the most beautiful homes in San Diego. Key Duties & Responsibilities
β’ Fabricate high-endcustom cabinetry, vanities, built-insto precise specifications
β’ Work with solid wood, veneers, hardwood plywood, and exotic materials with confidence
β’ Assemble cabinetry with exacting standards for fit and finish
β’ Maintain the integrity of high-end finishes during fabrication and installation
β’ Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and plans with minimal supervision
β’ Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure fabrication aligns with vision
β’ Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and panel systems in luxury residential settings
β’ Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in both the shop and job sites
β’ Troubleshoot and adjust for field conditions with confidence and craftsmanship
β’ Safely operate woodworking equipment (table saws, routers, shapers, edge banders, sanders, etc.)
β’ Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a culture of professionalism and respect
Qualifications
β’ 5+ years experiencein finish carpentry with demonstrated expertise in custom cabinet and furniture fabrication
β’ Mastery of woodworking techniques and modern shop equipment
β’ Ability to read, interpret, and execute from CAD or hand-drawn shop drawings
β’ High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and finish quality
β’ Experience working in luxury residential environments preferred
β’ Must own reliable transportation and basic tools (specialty tools provided)
β’ Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and handle full-time shop and install work
β’ Punctual, accountable, and able to self-manage time
β’ Spanish is a plus
β’ Valid driverβs license and legal ability to work in the U.S.
