Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst with business acumen and technical skills, you will partner with the cross functional business community and the various internal/ external technical teams to deliver innovative solutions to support our new product introduction team. As part of this team you will focus majorly on quote to cash areas with specific emphasis on our subscription platform solution on Oracle cloud. You will drive projects from NPI IT offer launch and delivery perspective to make sure industry standard processes/ solutions are followed by leveraging your functional and technical expertise.

Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations

• Work with IT business partners to understand their requirements, develop and implement creative solutions in Oracle ebusiness suite and Oracle Fusion cloud applications with focus on NPI offer launches

• Maintain a sense of urgency towards timelines and results. Meet commitments, work through challenges, and complete tasks on time and on budget

• Recommend, review and own the Functional/ technical solutions, evaluate short term or long term trade-offs based on business processes and make sure industry standard scalable solutions are implemented

• Create/maintain functional specification documents, review technical specification documents, oracle standard/ custom configurations documents, rollout strategies, end to end business flows, test scenarios and perform/ support end to end testing for business partners

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8 + years of professional experience, 5+ years of Oracle EBS, and 1+ years SMP (subscription management platform)
