LG's 2024 Summer Internship Program will be a 9 week internship from June 3rd through August 2nd, 2024.

The internship will be based in office at the LG North America Innovation Campus in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and pay an hourly rate of $28.50.

The LG Internship Program is built on the philosophy of ensuring that each intern is given the opportunity to perform robust and meaningful work while gaining real-world experience.

The program will also include each intern working on an individual strategic project for the department and delivering a presentation at the program's end.

Responsibilities

- Develop, update, and manage comprehensive master spread sheet for all videos we have for HE NPI (new product introduction)

- Ability to work with cross functional teams for obtaining some information on Assets for NPI Launch; follow up with various departments on their deliverables.

- Provide flexible support to the NPI Manager on the Planner Dashboard; assisting with tasks as needed to facilitate smooth project execution

- Cross check files to ensure dates are consistent across our dashboard and files.

For NPI Project Launch, some teams have called for some type of list or location that they can reference for what videos are available and what are not available. This would be a huge help for those teams to know this information, and moving forward something that can just be maintained.

Our Project Launch dashboards for NPI are still considered early stages of implementation and it will be very helpful to have our intern go through these boards and remind other teams of their responsibilities to update their cards.

There are many files that get passed around, or conversations being had that sometimes it is possible that updates aren't shared in a timely manner; our intern could support the NPI Manager in making sure that dates are all matching across the different information locations.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a JD degree program at an accredited College/University and going into their second or third year
• - Strong communication skills, highly organized, ability to work independently and think critically

  - Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders

• - Project Management

  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  - Basic understanding of excel

  - Experience with Teams, Microsoft Planner, and PowerPoint is a plus

  - Ability to work on PC Windows

• - Widen - access to final assets (Images, specs, videos, etc.) (https://www.lgcontentlibrary.com/login)

  - Microsoft Office 365:

  - Teams - communicate with the cross functional teams

  - MS Planner - Access NPI Project Launch dashboards
