• Define test scope, test strategy, test plan, and metrics for software releases, and develop end-to-end test cases for functional and regression testing.
• Set-up test environments and execute the test cases.
• Support end-to-end testing with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Automate regression test cases.
• Establish QA processes and procedures, provide strategic testing initiatives for projects.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals met.
• Provide effort and estimates of testing activities required for the projects or deliverables.
• Manage risks and deliverables to ensure testing activities remain within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Participate in new product and technology development and support QA activities.
• Establish and document Business Processes.
• Elicit, study, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.

• Masters Degree + 3 years experience.
• Or Bachelors Degree + 5 years experience.
