Nurse Practitioner (NP) Rheumatology

Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, has an opportunity for a nurse practitioner to join the Rheumatology team! Outpatient only! 2+ years experience as an NP experience preferred, but will consider new NPs based on nursing experience.

Details of Position:

• Outpatient only!
• Monday - Friday, practice call only shared with physicians (1:4)
• Obtain patient history and perform exams
• Assess and revise plans of care; New and follow up patients
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families
• Valued part of the Rheumatology team!
