Nurse Practitioner (Ortho/Pain Medicine)

Nurse Practitioner (Ortho/Pain Medicine) – working for one the best Orthopaedic spine surgeons in Greater Hampton Roads and part of Hampton Roads Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine family, with multiple locations. 

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat orthopedic and spine patients in both a clinical setting, mid-level assist and working your own clinic, as well as routing if needed.
• Utilize expertise to determine the most appropriate treatment options.
• Document patient visits via computerized charting using our proprietary EMR
• Serve as a single point of contact for patients throughout the visit.

Requirements:

• Masters of Science degree in nursing.
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in Orthopedics and/or Pain Management
• Current NP license for Virginia.
• Experience in Orthopedics and/or Pain Management
• Up to a $5,000 sign on bonus available.
