An independent community hospital in West Texas is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join the Orthopedic team.

The Practice:

- Join a well-established Orthopedic practice with 2 full-time providers
- The position is 100% clinical with no OR duties or call responsibilities
- All new facilities with an additional $300K allocated for orthopedic expansion
- Base guaranteed salary of $140,000 + benefits
- Additional financial incentives include student loan forgiveness and one of the premier retirement packages in the state.
