Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care
Job Description
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care team located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The selected candidate will collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals as part of the Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Team. This position will provide Palliative Care Services in an inpatient environment. The selected candidate will also participate in teaching activities for a variety of learners rotating with the Palliative Care service.
Minimum required qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited NP program - AGACNP or ACNP credentials required
- Master's Degree
- State of Michigan License
- Active and Current DEA
- ACLS and BLS Certification
- Training and/or experience in Palliative Medicine is preferred
This is an exciting opportunity for the right Nurse Practitioner to be part of an Interdisciplinary Team within a large multi-disciplinary group practice.
