Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care opportunity in Charleston SC

Join our Roper St. Francis Healthcare Palliative Care team

• Requires 1 year of experience as an NP, experience with hospice or palliative care preferred
• Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
• Provides palliative care consultations and follow-up visits in Post-Acute care settings; Home, ALF, and outpatient clinic in hospital system cancer center. In-person and Virtual visits.
