This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient clinic. This APP will become an essential member of our clinic by providing care to established patients through extended patient care hours.

Position Requirements

• DEA and prescriptive authority required, Buprenorphine DATA waiver preferred
• FNP/PA experience preferred, but all candidates are encouraged to apply
• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-8p & Saturday 8a-5p
  • Rotating evening & weekend coverage required
